Andrew J. Baumgartner, who served for close to 40 years as Executive Director of Aspire Developmental Services, Inc., formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Association of Eastern Massachusetts, Inc. (“Aspire”), has stepped down as Executive Director after his many years of devoted service in that capacity.  The agency will miss greatly his strong and effective leadership, his energy and enthusiasm, and his dedication to serving the needs of people with disabilities.  Mr. Baumgartner, with his customary modesty, notes, “The agency’s successes have been the result of a strong team effort by the Board, the volunteers and the dedicated professional and support staff.  I am confident that the agency will thrive under its new leadership, and I am grateful for the many years I have spent at a wonderful organization.”
