Nancy joined the Aspire senior leadership team in May of 2022 as a clinical director in the Early Intervention program. In this role, she focuses primarily on overseeing Aspire’s supervision program and clinical team managers, as well as building partnerships in the community. With more than 20 years of experience leading community-based Early Intervention programs, Nancy has considerable expertise in the areas of leadership development, supervisory support, routines-based intervention and strategic programming.
A licensed speech-language pathologist with a master’s degree from Northeastern University, Nancy is also a certified Early Intervention specialist. Over the course of her career, she has provided interventions in both English and Spanish and is passionate about improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the field of Early Intervention. Nancy has also served on several boards and committees in the local community, including a term as president of the Board of Directors at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem. She has also been an active member of several committees at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Division of Early Intervention.
