Medically Complex Care Consultation

Aspire’s MC3 program enhances the capacity of Early Intervention programs across the Northeast region to serve young children with complex medical needs.

Through consultation, targeted training, and streamlined access to resources, MC3 strengthens care coordination and promotes alignment between medical and developmental supports. The program offers tools, technical assistance, and guidance to EI teams to support effective IFSP development and implementation. MC3 also provides pathways for equitable distribution of family support funds, respite, and adaptive equipment. By supporting programs, MC3 helps ensure systems are responsive, integrated, and equipped to meet the needs of medically complex children and their families.
