Kim McCarthy

Director of Operations

Kim graduated from State University of New York College at Geneseo with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She held various management roles in the for-profit sector for many years. Kim took a brief sabbatical to care for her son who received an Autism diagnosis at 15 months old. Her son received Early Intervention services from Aspire Developmental Services which proved pivotal in his successful development and provided the path for Kim to begin her work at Aspire in September of 2017. Kim’s current position of Director of Operations includes a variety of responsibilities: HR; Payroll; Benefits; Internal Billing Department; Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable; Facility Management; and COVID-19 Manager.

In addition to her work at Aspire, Kim is the Co-Chair of the Lynnfield Special Education Parents Advisory Council (SEPAC).
