Allison is a dedicated Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in various industries and a strong foundation in all areas of HR. She joined the team in September 2024 as the Human Resources Director. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is both a Certified HR Professional and a Mental Health First Aider.
Allison is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to reach their full potential. She is committed to Aspire’s mission and is excited to contribute to our organization’s success.
