Jen Jackson has served as Director of Aspire’s Division of Early Support since 2026, providing leadership for the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Medically Complex Care Consultation (MC3) programs. Since joining Aspire in 2018 as a Developmental Specialist, Jen has built her career around supporting children and families and strengthening the relationships that help children thrive during their earliest years.
In 2021, Jen became Director of Early Support, taking on expanded leadership in the development and delivery of family-centered services. She brings a strong commitment to supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period and helping families navigate the transitions and challenges of early parenthood.
Jen holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified in Newborn Behavioral Observations through the Brazelton Institute at Boston Children’s Hospital and is a Brazelton Touchpoints Facilitator, Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) Facilitator, and Parent Educator through Parents as Teachers. Jen is committed to advancing high-quality early support services, strengthening partnerships with families, and ensuring parents have access to the knowledge, resources, and support they need to help their children thrive.
