Kristen Evans is the Program Director of Aspire’s Cape Ann Early Intervention program, a role she assumed in June 2024. A dedicated member of the Aspire Developmental Services team since 2007, Kristen has spent nearly two decades supporting children, families, and early childhood professionals through a variety of clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles. Prior to becoming Program Director, she served as Clinical Director of Aspire’s North Shore Early Intervention program, where she provided leadership in clinical practice, staff development, and program quality improvement.
Kristen earned an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Endicott College, a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Keene State College, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience in early intervention, coaching, and program leadership, reflects her commitment to building strong teams, supporting families, and improving outcomes for children and communities.
In addition to her role at Aspire, Kristen serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium (MEIC) and the North Shore YMCA Association Board of Directors. Through these leadership roles, she contributes to advancing early childhood initiatives, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting programs that positively impact children and families.
