Pam Ferris

Assistant Director of Early Intervention North Shore

Pam joined the Aspire team in May of 2022 as a Clinical Team Manager in the Early Intervention Program. She is currently the Assistant Director of Early Intervention North Shore, a role she assumed in June of 2024. She has been in the field of early intervention for 22 years as a pediatric physical therapist and supervisor, leading and mentoring teams of multidiscipline early interventionists for the past 20 years.

Pam holds a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from Gordon College. In addition, related to the field of EI-certifications, she is a Certified Early Intervention Specialist and Certified Educator of Infant Massage. Pam has served on the Governance Committee at the Marblehead Community Charter Public School and led the Church School Committee at the Old North Church in Marblehead. She is passionate about life-long learning and teaching others.
